Terms and conditions for ReferWise Referral Program
The following Terms and conditions outline the agreement between the participant (referrer) and the company (ReferWise) about the referral program. By participating in the referral program, the referrer agrees to accept these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility :
Referrers must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
2. Referral Process :
Referrers should ensure that their referrals use the provided unique referral link or code during the signup or purchasing process for proper attribution.
3. Referral Rewards:
Referral rewards are earned when a referred individual or business successfully signs up for or purchases the company’s products or services using the referrer’s unique referral link or code.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated by the company.
Business decision will be final and binding. Business may accept or reject the referral.
4. Modifications and Termination :
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Modifications may include changes to referral rewards, eligibility criteria, program duration, or any other aspect of the referral program.
5. Program Abuse and Fraud :
Referrers found engaging in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple fake accounts or misrepresenting referrals, will be disqualified from the referral program, and any earned rewards may be revoked.
