About ACT Personnel Service Referral Program
If you know someone who’s interested in a new job, you can refer them to ACT Personnel Service. If they hire your friend, you will get a bonus. For permanent placements you will get $100 and for temporary positions $50. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send them.
They always have new job opportunities, so even if they do not have a current listing that matches their criteria, they may be able to find a position at a later time.
How to refer
To refer friends you simply need to choose the position that you think they fit and click on “Refer-A-Friend” to complete the referral form with their information along with your own.
When the individual referred to them works a temporary assignment, they will send you $50 following completion of only 160 hours of employment at that assignment. When that temporary employee is hired by their client, and remains with the client for at least 50 days, they will send you an additional $50.
