You can invite all your Friends, Family & Co-workers in for a Free Workout courtesy of you and when they join, you are one referral closer to earning your FREE YEAR at Fit4Life. You would earn rewards as per no. of referrals referred by you. What you earn when a referral joins Fit4Life & how the referral program works after you refer them is shown below.
- 1 referral – you earn a FREE T-shirt
- 3 referrals – you earn 1 FREE month added on to your existing 12 month membership agreement
- 5 referrals – you earn $35 credit to use on any Pro-shop item (supplements, apparel, tan sessions or lotions, personal training session)
- 7 referrals – you earn another FREE month added on to your existing 12 month membership agreement

How to refer
To refer your friends, you have to be a Fit4Life member. You can invite your friends to Fit4Life in the first 60 days of your membership. Please fill in your and your friend’s contact information in the form on the referral program page and submit it.
