When you recommend Dentistry by Design to your friends and family, they will receive a great discount on their first cleaning. You will get to select a DBD (Dentistry by Design ) Reward for each qualifying referral.

New patients referred to DBD using the CTS card will receive a cleaning, exam, and any needed x-rays for only $89 on their initial visit. For your qualifying referral you will be able to select either of the following options; $25 Credit towards a future DBD appointment or $25 Donation to a local charity or non-profit of your choice.

How to refer

You can use the Care Enough To Share Cards (CTS) to make a referral of a new patient to Dentistry by Design. The CTS cards are available at each of their locations or you can print one to share by clicking the link on the referral program page.
